What started as cakes for family birthdays slowly became something more. Friends asked, then friends of friends, and before long the kitchen table had turned into a small studio with a single focus: making cakes worth gathering around.
Today, Brianna designs and hand-makes every commission herself from Officer in Melbourne's south-east. That means each cake carries the same care, whether it's a child's first birthday or a four-tier wedding centrepiece.
Keeping the studio small is a deliberate choice. It's what allows every cake to be made fresh, finished by hand, and given the attention it deserves.
Beautiful cakes are easy to photograph and easy to forget. We care just as much about the first bite as the first look, so we bake fresh, use quality ingredients, and never let the finish get ahead of the flavour.

We work from a home-based studio in Officer, serving Berwick, Pakenham, Beaconsfield and the wider south-east, with delivery across Melbourne and out to the Yarra Valley, Gippsland and the Mornington Peninsula.
Being local matters to us. It means we can meet, taste and plan properly, and deliver your cake ourselves with the care it took to make.
